The Oakland B&O Railroad Museum Needs Volunteers!

The Oakland B&O Railroad Museum needs your help. We are not asking for money - just some of your time. We need volunteers.

‍ ‍As our nation celebrates 250 years, we are reminded that much of its success has been built on service: joining the military, seeking public office, marching in a parade, voting, and even donating blood. Every volunteer experience makes a difference.

The Museum is hosting a Volunteer Open House at the train station on Tuesday, September 22, at 6:00 p.m. Volunteer duties will be explained, and guidance for giving a tour will be provided. We ask volunteers to commit one day a week - or even part of a day - on Wednesday, Friday, Saturday, or Sunday.
