Oakland Mayor Andrew Sauder will unveil a 4x8 foot Betsy Ross flag and a 3x6 foot Declaration of Independence that are mounted on a Memorial Wall at the B&O Station.
Dignitaries in attendance will include Uncle Sam, Ms. Liberty, and Maryland’s Senator Charles Carroll.
Special B&O and 250th Anniversary cups will be sold. Free coffee with each purchase.
